The Collage Companies is seeking dedicated and experienced Project Superintendents for various opportunities nationwide , including traveling positions in multiple areas across the country. As a key member of our dynamic Operations Team, the Project Superintendent plays a pivotal role in our projects' success and represents the Company's commitment to quality and safety on-site.

Key attributes and responsibilities of the Project Superintendent include:

1. Willingness to travel to remote project sites and be stationed on those sites for various timeframes.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of project plans, specifications, and contractual obligations.
3. Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop, review, and adjust work schedules, proactively addressing potential delays and material requirements.
4. Enforce Collage and OSHA safety policies and procedures, fostering a safe working environment.
5. Liaise with the Project Manager and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
6. Supervise and mentor field staff, promoting a cohesive and skilled team.
7. Oversee subcontractor performance, monitoring adherence to scope, quality standards, and scheduling requirements.
8. Participate in job progress and safety meetings, maintaining detailed records and reports.
9. Perform daily inspections, actively minimizing Punch List items, and developing resolution strategies with the Project Manager.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including permit cards, inspection logs, and material testing records.
