Project Manager – Civil Construction

Location: Castle Rock, CO (Office-Based with Occasional Jobsite Visits)

Salary: Up to $130k (Commensurate with Experience)

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle project oversight—planning, budgeting, execution, and close-out.
  • Lead and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery and budget compliance.
  • Track costs, change orders, RFIs, and permits with accuracy and accountability.
  • Monitor field work and resolve issues around quality, performance, and safety.
  • Conduct weekly progress meetings and provide key project updates to senior leadership.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and well-organized.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in civil or heavy highway construction (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and HCSS software.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and teams.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, site practices, safety standards, and cost controls.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Work Environment

  • Based out of our Castle Rock, CO office with occasional travel to jobsites.
  • Office and field environments with changing weather conditions on-site.
