Harris Roofing, LLC is a family-owned commercial roofing contractor serving Pennsylvania since 2005. Known for quality, professionalism, and steady growth, we specialize in metal, membrane, and shingle roofing. We've built our reputation on integrity, repeat customers, and referrals.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experienced : A background in roofing or construction sales is preferred. Bidding from blueprints is a plus. A working familiarity with commercial roofing systems (metal, membrane, coatings, etc.) is a strong asset.
  • Proven Closer : Demonstrates strong closing skills and a consistent record of sales performance across in-person and phone-based outreach.
  • Results-Driven : Stays organized, works independently, and thrives on hitting goals and closing deals.
  • Personable : Communicates clearly, presents well, and adapts easily to different clients and situations.
  • Computer Savvy : Comfortable with estimating tools, CRM systems (Nimbus preferred), proposal software, and Excel.
  • Active : Able to climb ladders and inspect rooftops as part of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming leads and develop new opportunities through cold calls, referrals, networking, and site visits.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified commercial prospects.
  • Conduct roof inspections, assess conditions, and prepare accurate, professional estimates.
  • Present tailored roofing solutions that align with client needs and budgets.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and close sales with professionalism and integrity.
  • Build & maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and service.
  • Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and office staff to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track sales activities and progress using CRM software and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Travel up to 3 hours to visit job sites and meet with clients.
  • Work a full-time, flexible schedule that adapts to client availability.
